LIMINGTON – Rayma Lee McGuire, 53, of Hamscombe School Road, died Wednesday, June 13, 2007, at her residence after a brief illness. Rayma was born Nov. 30, 1953, in Mars Hill, a daughter of David and Audrey Allen Green. Educated in Houlton schools, Rayma worked for many years for MSAD 29 and at the Community Living Association for the Handicapped. She then relocated to the Limington area 14 years ago and worked as a cashier for Shop N’ Save. Her hobbies included ceramics and crochet. Rayma was very family oriented. She was predeceased by a brother, Wendell Green. In addition to her parents, survivors include her children, David McGuire of Bangor, Dale McGuire Jr. of Bangor and Harry McGuire Sr. and his wife, Melissa, of Bangor; brothers, Allen Green and his wife, Cathi, of Monticello, David Green Jr. of Houlton; a sister, Lynn Fitzpatrick and her husband, Billy, of East Hodgdon; a very special friend, Skip Monto of Limington; six grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be no public visitation. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, June 18, at Dolby & Dorr Funeral Chapel, 76 State St., Gorham. Burial will be held after at Lower Gloucester Cemetery, New Gloucester. In lieu of flowers, donations in Rayma’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
