ORONO – Rayne Marie McCabe, infant daughter of Shanea M. Grindle and Kyle J. McCabe, was born and died June 3, 2006, at a Bangor hospital. Although she was here for only 27 minutes, she touched our lives forever. She is survived by her parents, Shanea and Kyle; maternal grandmother, Donna Spencer; maternal grandfather, John Grindle and his wife, Beth; paternal grandmother, Laurie Curtis; paternal grandfather, Wayne McCabe; maternal great-grandparents, Joan and Richard DeRoche; paternal great-grandmother, Mary Ellis; maternal great-great-grand-mother, Yvonne Smith; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A funeral service will be conducted 3 p.m. Friday at Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town. Burial will follow at the Alton Cemetery.
