CARROLL PLT. – Rhonda L. Piper, 41, died Aug. 3, 2004, at a Bangor hospital. She was born Oct. 16, 1962, in McKeesport, Pa. Rhonda had a hard life, and she will be greatly missed by her family. She is survived by her father, Chief Big Eagle of Carroll Plt.; two sons, Maurice Richardson of Chicago, Ill., and Tracy Jacobs of New Haven, Conn.; two brothers, Rickey Piper of Washington, D.C., and Little Eagle Piper of Carroll Plt.; three sisters, Sharon Piper of Trumbull, Conn., Irina Loukina of Lee, and Julia Piper of Colchester, Conn.; her stepmother, Marsha Piper of Trumbull, Conn.; and her favorite nephews, Dmitri, J.J. and Baby Aureluis.
