HENDERSON, Ky. – Richard Junior Reed, 61, of Henderson, Ky., died 6 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2005, at his home in Henderson. Mr. Reed retired from Gamco Products in Henderson, Ky. after 38 years of service. He was predeceased by his parents, Frank Leslie Reed and Frances Herrick Reed. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Judith Carman Reed of Henderson, Ky.; two daughters, Kathleen Stone of Henderson, Ky., and Sherri Hayward of Marceline, Mo.; one sister, Betty Fogg of Camden, Mass.; five grandchildren, nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. Memorial services for Mr. Reed will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2005, at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice of Henderson.
