WEBSTER, N.Y. – Richard P. Grant passed away Oct. 15, 2005, at the Cleveland Clinic after a lengthy illness. Dick was a graduate of the University of Maine at Orono. He served in the Peace Corps. in Malaya for two and a half years. He retired in 1997 after 30 years with Eastman Kodak. In his retirement, Dick became a skilled bookbinder and he created a successful hand bookbinding business. He was predeceased by his father, Theodore Grant. He is survived by his wife, Christine (Cali); and son, Jeffrey, of Webster, N.Y.; mother, Margaret Grant of Presque Isle; brothers and sisters, Tucker (Ann) Grant of Calif., Pamela (Paul) Chenea of Maine, Martha Grant (Rod Thompson) and Frank Grant, all of Maine; several cousins, nieces, nephews and aunt. Friends may call Friday, 7-9 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Chapel, 1031 Ridge Road, Webster, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 2:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church, 783 Hard Road, Webster, N.Y. Interment at Webster Union Cemetery.
