SARASOTA, Fla. – Richard Q. Studer, 91, passed away Sept. 8, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Alice Elaine Studer; two sons, Thomas Studer and Jack Studer; sister, Marge Chandler; and brother-in-law, Roy Siewert. Services will be in Florida.
