PEMBROKE – Richard T. Daley, 59, passed away peacefully Dec. 6, 2005, at a Machias hospital. He was born Dec. 17, 1945. He was a disabled veteran who served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1965-1971, and served in the Vietnam War from 1966-1968. He was predeceased by his wife, Sandra Daley in Oct. 2003. He is survived by his daughters, Ruth Moore and her husband, Butch, and Rebecca Daley and fiance, Troy Alley; his son, Thomas Daley and his wife, Lauren; his granddaughter, Samantha; and his best friends, Allen Gray and Frank Trott. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Donations in his memory may be made to the Department of Disabled American Veterans. Semper Fidelis.
