COVENTRY, R.I. and VAN BUREN – Rita M. Madore, 77, died June 26, 2005, at Haven Health Center in Coventry, R.I. She was born Feb. 14, 1928, in Canada, the daughter of Leon and Odelie (Berube) St. Pierre. She is survived by one daughter, Gilda Frechette and her husband, Dennis, of Warwick, R.I.; one son, Gilbert Corbin of Van Buren; one brother, Rosaire St. Pierre of West Warwick, R.I.; two sisters, Aurore Turcotte of West Warwick, R.I., and Leda Francoeur of Grand Falls, New Brunswick; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert T. Corbin in 1992; and by an infant daughter, Donata Corbin. Relatives and friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Ouellette-Thibault Funeral Home, 118 High St., Van Buren, and from 10 a.m. until time of service on Friday. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at the St. Bruno-St. Remi Catholic Church. Interment will be in the Grande Riviere Cemetery.
