CALAIS – Robert Arnold Winders, 49, died unexpectedly Monday, June 27, 2005, at his father’s residence in Princeton. Robert was born Aug. 24, 1955, in Quincy, Mass., a son of Robert and the late Ruth E. (Robinson) Winders. He was employed as a musician, playing guitar for Blue Eyed Trolls, and worked as a carpenter. Robert enjoyed music, fishing and sailing. Surviving are his father, Robert Winders of Princeton; his girlfriend, Sue Doyle of Calais; two sisters, Robin Taylor and her husband, William, of Pensacola, Fla., and Ruthie Lawrence of Elberta, La.; a brother, Ronald Winders of Calais; two nieces, Crystal Taylor and her daughter, Kristy, and Carrie McLellan, both of Florida; and two special kids, Ashlee Worsham and Chad Doyle Jr. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Saturday, July 2, 2005, at Mays Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais. At the family’s request, there will be no funeral services at this time.
