BREWER – Robert James Cohen, 58, died Dec. 27, 2003, at a Bangor hospital. He was born May 1, 1945, in Bangor, the son of Rueben and Clara (Hartley) Cohen. Bobby worked side by side with his dad, Ruby Cohen, at the Bangor Rye Bakery for 35 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Marlene of Brewer; two daughters, Lisa Cohen of Bangor, Heather Cohen of Brunswick; stepdaughter, Alisha Morrarty and her husband, Robert, of Clifton; three grandchildren, Michael Cohen, Andrew and Alexis Morrarty; mother, Clara Cohen of Arlington, Va.; one sister, Marlene (Cohen) Beckwith and her husband, Ralph, of Bangor; one brother, William S. Cohen and his wife, Janet, of Chevy Chase, Md.; one aunt Lena Orsini of East Boston, Mass.; and several nieces and nephews. Services and interment will be private.
