FORT MILL, S.C., and BANGOR – Robert H. Higgins, 68, of Fort Mill, S.C., formerly of Bangor, died May 16, 2005, at Fort Mill, S.C. He was born Sept. 19, 1936. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Carol; three children, L. Higgins Stewart, Laura Higgins-Redman, and William Higgins; and nine grandchildren.
