GARLAND – Robert J. Regan, 75, died Jan. 20, 2006, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Sept. 22, 1930, in Rome, N.Y., son of Carl and Mary (Fahy) Regan. He served in the U.S. Army for 20 years and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He is survived by his wife, Frances (Clement) Regan of Garland; three brothers, John F. Regan and his wife, Beatrice, of Georgia, Richard Regan of Florida, Ronald Regan and his wife, Pat, of New York; two sisters, Helen Murabite and Ann Hess, both of New York.
