ROBERT LILLY CASTLE HILL – Robert Lilly, 81, died July 21, 2004, at a Mars Hill healthcare facility. He was born Oct. 13, 1922, in Hinton, W.Va. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Bob was a member of the NRA and enjoyed hunting, fishing and being in the outdoors. He is survived by a son, Colin B. Lilly; and a daughter and her fianc?, Robin Ann Lilly and Dave Patterson, all of Presque Isle; three grandchildren, Rosa Houlton, Gabriel J. Lilly and Kristy Abbott; a great-grandchild, Hannah Snyder; a sister, Catherine Lilly of West Virginia; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Colleen Abbott. Relatives and friends may call 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, where funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. George McLaughlin officiating. A military committal service will follow at the Riverside Cemetery in Washburn.
