WEST ENFIELD – Robert M. Littlefield, 80, husband of Dorothy (Cole) Littlefield, died Nov. 25, 2004, at his home. He was born July 5, 1924, in Enfield the son of Maynard and Louise (Preble) Littlefield. A U.S. Army veteran, he served in the South Pacific in World War II in the 103rd infantry. He was a member of the Trinity lodge No. 130 AF & AM of Presque Isle. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy; two daughters, Sandra and her husband, Brett Thompson, and Louise and her husband, Leon Casaubon; two grandsons, Lowell Thompson of Bowdoinham, and Christopher Casaubon of Roseville, Calif.; a sister, Marjorie Hansen of Auburn; three brothers, Richard, Lawrence and Everett; special cousin, Beth Snowe of Harpswell and many other cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Eugene Littlefield. In keeping with his request services will be private.
