BANGOR – Roger S. Lowe passed away Aug. 6, 2007, at his home. He was born Oct. 23, 1959, in El Paso, Texas, the son of Orin and Eleanor Lowe of Holden. He moved to Maine 20 years ago. In addition to his parents, Roger is survived by two brothers, Hew Lowe of California, Dan Lowe and his wife, Liz of Rhode Island; two sisters, Norma and her husband, Dan McCarthy, of Colorado, Patty and her husband, Jim Houlik, of Rhode Island. Also surviving are two nephews, two nieces; and two uncles, Carl Lowe of Holden and Budd Scruggs of California. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
