ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Roland Buster “Buzz” Bourgoyne, 51, of St. Petersburg, Fla., formerly of Bangor, died Feb. 22, 2005 at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, Fla. Born in Bangor, he moved to Florida in 1972 from Gainesville, Fla. He worked for the City of Tampa for 15 years as an architectural assistant, inspector, and an engineer assistant. He attended the University of Maine at Orono and graduated from the University of Florida in 1975 with a degree in Architecture. He co-owned the William Vincent Gallery in St. Pete Beach. He was predeceased by his parents, Alphonse and Barbara (Patterson) Bourgoyne. He is survived by two brothers, John of Foxboro, Mass., and Joseph of Largo, Fla.; four sisters, Karen Bowling of Danville, Va., Anne Beveridge of Kingsbury, N.Y., Jane Kenny of Bucksport, and Beth Fenstermacher of Fort Wayne, Ind.; seven nieces and nephews; five great-nieces and nephews.
