BELMONT – Ronald K. Clark Sr., 68, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2005, surrounded by his children, following a short illness. He was born May 4, 1937, and raised in Belfast. Ronald was employed in Belfast most of his life working in the local shoe and frozen food factories. He enjoyed fishing, digging old bottle dumps, Red Sox games, Lion football games, and especially attending auctions. Ronald is survived by his ex-wife, Diane Morrison; three children, Roann Clark, Ronald K. Clark Jr., and Robert Clark; daughters-in-law, Janice Clark and Kristie Clark; and grandchildren, Emma, Victoria, Andrew, James and Jessie. He was predeceased by his parents Lloyd Clark Sr. and Sara Elizabeth Knowlton Clark Merrill; and also his close and special companion, Carol Ann Hosty. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, June 10, at the Rackliffe Funeral Home in Belfast. Memorial contributions may be made to the local Hospice Unit of Waldo County Home Health Care.
