LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Rosalie “Bunny” D’Aniello, 84, passed away peacefully Monday, April 9, 2007, and entered into the kingdom of God. She was a member of Southeast Christian Church, where she volunteered. She was also a volunteer with YMCA of Louisville, Ky., Leesburg Regional Medical Center and Baptist Hospital East. She was predeceased by her husband, Carmine D’Aniello, June of 1994. She is survived by her children, Lu and husband, Jack Gifford, Frank and wife, Diane and Rich and wife, Robin D’Aniello; sister, Anna Santisi; 10 grandchildren, Michelle, Stephanie, Michael, Frank, Diana, Jimmy, Danielle, Christian, Gabrielle and Caleb; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Southeast Christian Church Chapel, 920 Blankenbaker Parkway, Louisville, Ky. Bunny will be buried next to her husband at Lebanon National Cemetery after the service. Visitation will be 3:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Pearson-Ratterman Bros. Funeral Home, 12900 Shelbyville Road, Middletown, Ky. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
