WORCESTER, Mass. – Rose A. Rioux, 88, died Monday, Oct. 29, 2007, in hospice at St. Francis Home. Mrs. Rioux was a foster mother for Catholic Charities for many years and volunteered with several organizations throughout her lifetime. She enjoyed many trips to Maine and was a loving “M?m?re” to her two granddaughters, Keri and Shannon. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 54 years, Arthur E. Rioux; and son, Marine Corps Pvt. Stephen M. Rioux. She was the loving mother of 10 children, including Francine Crean of Old Town. She also leaves 24 grandchildren including, Keri Crean of Greenbush and Shannon Crean of Santa Barbara, Calif.; 29 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
