WATERVILLE and FORT FAIRFIELD – Roseanna Theriault, 83, passed away Tuesday morning, Dec. 7, 2004, at a Waterville nursing facility after a long illness. She was born April 11, 1921, at Fort Fairfield, the daughter of Alfred and Mary (Crock) Boulier. She attended local schools and was married to Thomas Theriault on Sept. 21, 1943. She was a communicant of the St. Denis Catholic Church, Fort Fairfield. She possessed a special talent for crocheting and embroidering and enjoyed spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband on Feb. 4, 1965; one brother, Fred Boulier; one sister, Eva Mazerolle. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Clara and Roger Chambers Sr. of Arundle, Janet and Edward Gagnon of Winslow; three brothers, Amos Boulier of Fort Fairfield, Edward Boulier of Atlanta, Ga., David Boulier of Tennessee; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Maryann Mazerolle of Presque Isle and her husband, Clifford, of Caribou, Julia and Charles Dean of Shippensburg, Pa., Rita Bubar of Caribou, Evelyn and Philip Flannery of Fort Fairfield; five grandchildren, Roger Chamber Jr. and his companion, Donna Wilson, Tammy Cole, Steven and Katie Chambers, Leigh Gagnon, Edward Gagnon; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, at the Dorsey Funeral Home, 144 Main St., Fort Fairfield. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 10, at the St. Denis Catholic Church, 147 Main St., Fort Fairfield with the Rev. David Raymond celebrant. Spring interment will be at St. Denis Catholic Cemetery, Fort Fairfield. A time of fellowship with refreshment will be held at the VFW Paul Lockhart Post No. 6187, Presque Isle Street, Fort Fairfield, immediately following the funeral Mass. Those who choose may contribute in memory of Mrs. Theriault to the Alzheimer’s Association, Maine Chapter, 163 Lancaster St., Suite 160B, Portland 04101-2406. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
