RUBY COREY LUNNEY WESTFIELD and CONCORD, N.H. – Ruby C. Lunney, 89, died Monday, July 17, 2006, at her residence in Concord, N.H, after a brief illness. She was born May 11, 1917, in Westfield, the daughter of Jason and Lela (Perkins) Corey. Ruby was employed at various jobs, with McCains being her last place of employment. She was an avid Red Sox and Celtics fan and in her spare time enjoyed watching all the games. She is survived by two sisters, Velma Bull of Worcester, Mass. and Mila Craig of Concord, N.H.; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, John; and her, daughter, Opal Lunney. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Marshall Cemetery, Westfield with Pastor Larry Palmer officiating. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make donations to Havenwood, Heritage Heights, 33 Christian Ave., Concord, N.H. 03301. Arrangements in care of Duncan Funeral Home, 8 Main St., Mars Hill.
