KINGMAN – Ruth E. McKay, 89, died Jan. 30, 2006, at a Lincoln healthcare facility. She was born July 14, 1916, in Bangor, the daughter of James Herbert and Myrtle (Joy) Linscott. Ruth loved to knit. She made socks, hats and mittens and enjoyed crocheting afghans and quilting. She loved animals and birds. She is survived by two sons and their wives, Gilbert and Robbie of Kingman and Phillip L. and Mary of Fort Pierce, Fla. and Lincoln; eight grandchildren, G. Rogan of Kingman, Sue Apgar of Danforth, Cathy Davis of Lincoln, Lynn Steilow of Fort Pierce, Fla., Debra Page of Lee, Pamela McKay, Phillip R. McKay and Daniel McKay, all of Macwahoc and nine great-grandchildren. A celebration of her life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 27, at the graveside in the New Macwahoc Cemetery, with Rep.
