CHAPMAN – Ruth M. Beaulieu, 87, wife of the late Ramon E. Beaulieu who predeceased her in 2000, died Friday, June 8, 2007, while surrounded by her family and hospice at her home. She was born April 23, 1920, in Presque Isle, the daughter of Thomas F. and Gladys (Ricker) Sullivan. Ruth was a 50-year member of the Daughters of Isabella and the Spragueville Extension. She was also a communicant of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She is survived by a son, Ronald R. Beaulieu and his wife, Deborah; a daughter, Jacquelyn Allen and her husband, Rellon, all of Chapman; six grandchildren and their spouses, Sandra and Stephen Williams, R. Michael and Carrie Allen, Susan and Milton Smith, Michele and Jack Farmer, Danielle and Wayne Cyr and Nicole and Mark Carpenter; 12 great-grandchildren, Renee, Kyle, Chelsea, Lucas, Jessica, Blake, Brynn, Connor, Cole, Austin, Alec and Keira; two great-great-grandchildren, Gr-acie and Georgia; a brother, Anthony “Tony” Sullivan and his wife, Bea, of Presque Isle; two sisters, Barbara Smith of Pennyroyal, Ohio, and Frances Kelly and her husband, Charles, of Xenia, Ohio; two sisters-in-law, Gladys Sullivan of Willmington, Mass., and Yvonne Beaulieu of Waterville; several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Judi Hohenberger and her husband, Art. The family would like to especially thank Ruth Collins of Hospice of Aroostook for her many acts of kindness. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Monday, June 11, at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Raymond Morency, celebrant.
