MADAWASKA – Ruth Morine, 81, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2007, at a Madawaska health care facility. She was born June 12, 1925, the daughter of Herman and Carrie (Willis) Higgins. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no funeral services. Arrangements are in the care of Daigle Funeral Home, Madawaska.
