TAMPA, Fla. and ELLSWORTH – Sally Jane Ladd, 72, died Monday, Oct. 2, 2006, at Melech Hospice House, Temple Terrace, Fla. She was born Dec. 1, 1933, in Ellsworth, the only child of Ralph B. and Catherine E. Ladd, who predeceased her. Sally had recently retired from Principal Financial Group after 15 years of service, November 2005. She continued to work part time for James Bardin with Principal Financial Group. She is survived by her daughter, Lynda C. Hamblen of Ellsworth; sons, Clifton E. Bradford of Ellsworth, Jeffrey R. Puglisi and wife, Lauren, and Christopher A. Puglisi, all of Tampa; grandchildren, Michael C. Bradford and Veronica R. Puglisi. Interment will be at Woodbine Cemetery, Ellsworth. Services will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to Hospice of Hancock County, 14 McKenzie Ave., Ellsworth, ME 04605 or to a charity of one’s choice.
