CORINNA – Samuel D. Reed, beloved infant son of Jacob C. and Anne (Tabor) Reed, died unexpectedly March 28, 2005, at a Pittsfield hospital. He was born Nov. 22, 2004, in Bangor. He is survived by his parents, Anne and Jake Reed of Corinna; his maternal grandparents, Gary and Jeannie Tabor of Monson; his paternal grandmother, Melva Farmer of Hagerstown, Md.; his aunts and uncles, Jane and John St. Germain of South Portland, John Tabor and Jennifer Pattershall of Bangor, Ross Tabor of Monson, Shay Farmer of Hagerstown, Md.; his great- grandmothers, Dorothy Tabor of Monson, Ruth Bunt of Bucksport; his great-grandfather, Winston Tabor of Davenport, Iowa; several great aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2005, at the Monson United Church of Christ, with Pastor Marilyn Sargent officiating. Interment will be in Lake Road Cemetery, Monson, later in the spring. In lieu of flowers, gifts in Sam’s memory may be made to the Bangor Humane Society, 693 Mount Hope Ave., Bangor, ME 04401. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home.
