DETROIT – Sandra J. Tremblay, 60, died March 21, 2006, at her residence after a short struggle with cancer. She was born July 21, 1945, in Dover, N.H., the daughter of Richard and Marian Remick. Sandra enjoyed crocheting, flower gardening and taking care of her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Henry Tremblay of Detroit; two sons, William McCrary Jr. and wife, Jerrilynn, of Epping, N.H., and Raymond McCrary and wife, Karen, of Linneus; two daughters, Christine Wheeler and husband, Bruce P. and Joanne Merchant and husband, Temple, all of Detroit; two brothers, George Remick and wife, Barbara, of Portsmouth, N.H., and William Remick and wife, Marie, of Phoenix, Ariz.; 15 grandchildren, Samantha, Jeffrey, Anthony, Raymond Jr., Arlene, Kenneth, Jagger, Jordan, Dakota, Cameron, Justin, Jerrid, Derrick, Meagan and Shannon; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Robert and Michael Remick. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, March 24, at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main St., Newport, with the Rev. Scott Millett officiating. Friends may call 1-2 p.m. prior to the funeral. Spring burial will be in the Detroit Village Cemetery.
