HOULTON – Sarah Louise Furbush, 80, died Oct. 14, 2006, at Houlton Regional Hospital after a brief illness. She was born Aug. 27, 1926, in Winthrop, the adopted daughter of Artemus and Frences Furbush. Sarah lived in Farmington before moving to Houlton 30 years ago. Sarah was a member of the Houlton Full Gospel Assembly Church. Sarah is survived by her special friend, Barbara Spellman. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, at the Houlton Full Gospel Assembly Church, Outer Court Street, Houlton, with the Rev. Kevin Hatch officiating. Burial will be held at the Riverside Cemetery, Farmington.
