ELLSWORTH – Sephira Bullard, 56, died peacefully June 16, 2006, surrounded by family and friends in Bangor. Born Catherine M. Piscitelli, July 28, 1949, at home in Medford, Mass. Sephira attended Massachusetts General School of Nursing and later in life was a graduate of PACE, LuminEssence and Rose Light programs. A Light Body practitioner using Flow and PACE techniques to teach enlightenment, Sephira served many in her healing work as a facilitator of inner peace. Having deeply absorbed the essence of this spiritual focus, she was a radiant example of the energy she shared. Sephira and her husband, Mike Bullard, were long-time residents of Blue Hill, Lamoine and most recently, Ellsworth. Early in her marriage, she enjoyed voyages with her husband around the world, during which she made many lifelong friends. She was a master gardener and a volunteer at MAMA, a local animal rescue center. Her greatest enjoyments were cooking, painting and summer gardening. Shortly before transiting to a more calm and beautiful space, Sephira expressed heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional, friendly care given by her staff at Eastern Maine Medical Center, especially those on the sixth floor. She is survived by her devoted husband; son, Michael Bullard and his wife, Donna; grandsons, Michael and Matthew of Waterbury, Conn.; daughter, Sonja Evans and her husband, John; granddaughter, Jessica Ruby of Delta, Pa.; son, James Bullard of Liberty, as well as many devoted friends and colleagues. A memorial service will take place in August with details to be announced in local papers. It is her wish that friends gather a small bouquet of yellow flowers into their lives and fondly connect with her.
