JACOBSBURG, Ohio – Sheila P. Howie, 73, formerly of Belfast, died Thursday, May 31, 2007, at Crestview Health Care Center, St. Clairsville, Ohio. She was born July 18, 1933, in Belfast, a daughter of the late James Flanders and Eva Virginia Dutch Glass. Sheila was a retired analytical chemist and an Episcopalian. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her grandparents, Fred and Dora Dutch. Surviving are her husband, Kenneth G. Howie; four children, Roxanne Brown of Arizona, Butch Brown of Mississippi, Mark Brown of Augusta and Virginia Wright of Jacobsburg, Ohio; five grandchildren, Robert and Shane Wright, Chad and Justin Brown and Jessica Hioul; four great-grandchildren, Tyler, Nisera, Yasmine and Brandon.
