THOMASTON – Shirley A. Fish, 71, wife of Donald G. Fish, died peacefully Saturday, Jan. 12, 2008, at Knox Center, Rockland, after a 16-year battle with Alzheimer’s. Private family interment will be held in the spring at Achorn Cemetery, Rockland. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Knox Center for Long Term Care, Alzheimer’s Unit, 6 White St., Rockland, ME 04841. Arrangements are in the care of Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland.
