CHARLESTON – Shirley Bedard Webber, 75, passed away peacefully May 16, 2008, at her residence. She is survived by her three sons, Vincient, Scott and Todd Ferrie; one daughter, Kathleen Ferrie; her sister, Joyce Bedard; a very close friend, Vernie Webber; as well as several nieces and nephews. Shirley was predeceased by her husband, Harland H. Webber. She will be buried according to her wishes, privately at a later date.
