INDIANAPOLIS – Shirley Louise Lewis, 61, passed away Thursday, Dec. 13, 2007. She was born July 8, 1946, in Bangor, to the late Paul and Gertrude Whitherly. She worked as a claims processor for more than 25 years. She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Thomas Lewis; daughter, Cheryl A. Hutton Harrell; stepdaughters, Jean Kemp and husband, Steve, and Debbie Smith; six grandchildren, Tyler, Tony, Heidi, Libby, Jazzie and Heather; her NA and AA families. A memorial service will be held 6:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, at Harry Moore Family Mortuary, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, with Pastor Joe Freeman officiating.
