CARIBOU – Stanley J. St. Pierre, Sr., 69, died Nov. 23, 2005, at his Main Street residence in Caribou. He was born Sept. 29, 1936, in Caswell, the son of Frank and Annie (Lavoie) St. Pierre. He was employed as a factory worker in various industries. Stanley lived in numerous places through the years including Connecticut, Arizona, and central Maine. He had relocated to Aroostook County this past September. Stanley is survived by his wife, Maryellen (Pelkey) St. Pierre of Caribou; one son, Stanley J. St. Pierre Jr. and his wife, Lorri, of Newport; two daughters, Jennifer St. Pierre of Caribou and Mary Louise Morin and her husband, Carl, of Newport; two grandchildren, Vinal Chasse III and Stephanie Chasse; three brothers, Eldric St. Pierre of Lakeland, Fla., Wilmer St. Pierre of Crystal Springs, Fla. and Bertin St. Pierre of Trilby, Fla.; one sister, Maxine Freeman of Phoenix, Ariz. He was predeceased by one sister, Theresa Pelkey; and by one brother, Clarence St. Pierre. Relatives and friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. until the time of the service at the Ouellette-Thibault Funeral Home, 118 High St., Van Buren. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hamlin. Spring interment will be in the parish cemetery.
