FRANKLIN – Stephen W. Cantor, 52, died Sept. 11, 2006, as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Stephen was born Oct. 26, 1953, in Bangor, the son of the late M. Robert Cantor and Helen (Wilbur) Cantor. He was grandson of the late Virgil and Laura Wilbur. He graduated from Comprehensive High School in Chicopee, Mass. Stephen was in the Air Force four years and spent 24 years with the Telos Corp. as a computer programmer/analyst in California and New Jersey. He loved life and had a terrific sense of humor, enjoyed traveling, exploring and working with computers. He is survived by his mother, Helen Cantor of Franklin; one sister, Marley and her husband, Mike Coleman, of Kershaw, S.C.; three brothers, David and his wife, Carla, of Amarillo, Texas, Kenneth and his wife, Cristie, of Waskom, Texas, and Lonnie and his wife, Sharon, of Fort Myers, Fla.; an aunt, Lois Walker of Southwick, Mass.; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 15, at Sunnyside Cemetery, Eastbrook. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a contribution in his memory to the organization of their choice.
