CHERRYFIELD – Susan M. Wilbur, 56, passed away Friday, June 16, 2006, at an Ellsworth hospital with her husband, Stanley, by her side. She was born March 1, 1950, in Portland, the daughter of the late John F. and Norma C. (Barker) Fogg. She graduated from Gray New Gloucester High School in 1968. She worked side by side with her husband doing carpentry, blueberrying, working in the saw mill; however, her greatest love was being a stern woman on the Susie Q. Susan will be remembered for her kind and caring nature, sense of humor and strong personality. She was predeceased by a nephew, Stephen Audet. Surviving is her loving husband, Stanley Wilbur; two daughters, Bonnie Jordan and husband, Rik and their children, Emily and Matthew of Westbrook and Trisha Peers and her children, Alex Worcester and Danielle Joubert of Columbia Falls; sister, Marilyn Brown and husband, Tim, of Pownal; sister, Doris Whitney of Gray; brother, Johnny Holmes of Windham; brother, Mark Fogg of Gray; brother, David Fogg and wife, Sandy, of Oxford; sister, Jennifer MacEachern of Gray; stepchildren, Stacy Strattard and husband, Jim, of Gray, Steven Wilbur and wife, Brenda, of Gray and Beth Ganley and husband, Rob, of Massachusetts; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many special friends. Visiting hours will take place 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, at Bragdon-Kelley-Camp-bell Funeral Home, Milbridge. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 21, at the funeral home with Pastor Owen Beal officiating. A committal service will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Gray Village Cemetery in Gray.
