ELLSWORTH – Theodore F. Jones, 77, passed away Oct. 23, 2006, at a local health care facility. He was born Dec. 30, 1928, in Waterbury, Conn., the son of Gordon and Isabel Jones. He was a World War II veteran. Ted was predeceased by his beloved brother and sister, Gordon Jones and Betty Leslie; and one special friend, Dean Mitchell. He is survived by son, Douglas Leslie of Ellsworth; one granddaughter, Spring King and her husband, Shawn; and very special great-grandson, Jayson, all of Ellsworth; a very special friend, Joyce LaCrosse of Hulls Cove; and several nieces, nephews and friends throughout the United; and his most beloved cat, Charlie.
