BANGOR – Friends may visit for Theodore M. Kinney 6-7 p.m. Monday, March 19, at Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor, where a memorial service will be held 7 p.m. with the officers of the BPOE presiding. A burial service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, at the Maine Veterans’ Cemetery, Civic Center Drive, Augusta, with the Rev. Rick Lambert officiating.
