ST. AGATHA – Therese J. Gervais, 73, died unexpectedly March 19, 2004, at her residence. She was born March 17, 1931, in St. Agatha, the daughter of Joseph T. and Cecile (Albert) Gervais. She lived in Connecticut until her retirement from Hartford Insurance, she then moved back to Maine. She was an experienced gardener who shared her harvest with the neighborhood and was generous toward her family, church and friends. She is survived by three brother, Clifford, Joseph (June) and his wife, Gloria, Richard and his wife, Rinette, all of St. Agatha; and two sisters, Rolande and her husband, Eddy Bioldeau, of New Britain, Conn., and Lucille and her husband, Koch, of Harvey, La.; several nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives may call 6-8 p.m. Monday and 8:30 a.m. until time of services on Tuesday at the Michaud Funeral Home in St. Agatha. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Agatha Catholic Church with the Rev. Phil Cyr officiating. Burial will be in the St. Agatha Lower Cemetery in the spring.
