FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Retired Army Master Sgt. Thomas A. Parent “Tommy,” 48, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2006. He was the son of Alyre and Yvette Parent of Limestone. Mr. Parent was a retired Army veteran and an independent rider with the Patriot Guard. He leaves behind a wife, Sherry Parent; and stepdaughter, Amanda Keel, both of Fayetteville, N.C.; his brother, Mike Parent and his wife, Cindy Parent with his stepdaughter, Mindy Robinson of Poland. He will be missed by all of his Army friends and relatives. In lieu of flowers, memorials donations may be made, to assist military children, to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, P.O. Box 13483, Tampa, FL 33681-3483.
