HOULTON and WOODSTOCK, New Brunswick – Tho-mas Albert Pelkey, of Rich-mond Corner, New Brunswick, and husband of Lorraine (Paul) Pelkey, passed away Friday, July 6, 2007, at Carleton Memorial Hospital. Born in Houlton, he was a son of the late Andrew and Florence (Atwin) Pelkey. In addition to his wife, Tom is survived by five sons, Thomas and Sara of Hodgdon Road, Eric of Richmond Corner, New Brunswick, James of Woodstock, New Brunswick, Kevin and Kelly of Pembroke and Andrew of Richmond Corner, New Brunswick; two daugh-ters, Kelly and Ricky McHatten of Lower Woodstock, New Brunswick, and Sheila and Keith Laursen of Oromocto, New Brunswick; a brother, Donald and Anna Pelkey of Oakfield; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Tom was predeceased by a sister, Theresa Nickerson, and a brother, Paul Pelkey. Resting at Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main St., Woodstock, New Brunswick, with visiting 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Atlantic Time, Monday. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Gertrude’s Church with the Rev. Bill Brennan, celebrant. Interment will be after at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
