SHELTON, Conn. – Thomas F. Collinge, 78, entered into peaceful rest May 21, 2007, at his home, the beloved husband of the late Dorothy (King) Collinge. Mr. Collinge was born June 18, 1928, in Lowell, Mass., son of the late Thomas W. and Catherine (Courtemarche) Collinge. He resided in Shelton, Conn., for the past 12 years, formerly of Maine, however, he lived most of his life in Massachusetts. Thomas was a retired medical supply truck driver for the DuPont Corporation, a former power company lineman and a former railroad employee. Mr. Collinge was a World War II U.S. Army veteran. He leaves his loving family including two sons, Dale Collinge of Hookset, N.H., and Gary Thomas Collinge of North Carolina; his daughter, with whom he resided, Joyce Aldrich and her husband, Dan, of Shelton, Conn.; three brothers, Donald Collinge of Massachusetts, Douglas Collinge of New Hampshire, and Raymond Collinge of New Hampshire; a sister, Donna Courtemarche of New Hampshire, and several grandchildren and great-grand-children. His son, Stephen Collinge predeceased him. A graveside service with military honors will be held 11:30 a.m. June 16, at Millswood Cemetery, Route 114, Sutton, N.H.
