BANGOR – A Mass of Christian Burial for Thomas Nolan Hardy Sr. will be celebrated 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30, at St. John’s Catholic Church, 207 York St., Bangor, with the Very Rev. Richard McLaughlin, celebrant. Interment will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Bangor. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments 1 p.m. at the home of Dr. Louis and Cynthia Hardy, 36 Silver Ridge Road, Veazie. A service of Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor.
