HOLDEN – Virginia H. Marsh, 85, died peacefully April 23, 2008, at her home. She was born Nov. 10, 1922, in Bangor, the daughter of Alice Campbell. Ginny was the owner of Marsh’s Esso Station for many years and worked for GTE/ Sylvania, retiring after 25 years. Ginny loved to play bingo, poker and slot machines. She was predeceased by her husband, Earl Marsh; three brothers and one sister. She is survived by two children, Jerry Marsh and his companion, Carol Kennedy, of Eddington, and Suzanne Blanchard and her husband, Alan, of Hermon; three sisters, Sandy McLaughlin and her husband, Myron, of Brewer, Vivian Rennibu and her husband, Jimmy, of Florida, and Phyllis Burgess of Hermon; two brothers, Wendall Leonard and his wife, Josephine, of Bangor, and Donald Leonard of Glenburn; two grandsons, Timothy Richard-son Jr. and his wife, Gina, of Carmel, and Troy Richardson and his wife, Sheila, of Brewer; and three great-grandchildren, Phillip, Taylor and Lauren Richardson. She will be sadly missed by her dog, Mickey. Virginia requested that no services be held and asked that for those who wish, memorial contributions be made to New Hope Hospice, P.O.
