GUILFORD – Vivian (Smith) Hazlett, 96, went to be with her Lord and Savior Feb. 23, 2007. A graveside committal service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, May 21, at Elmwood Cemetery, Guilford. Arrangements by Crosby & Neal, Guilford.
