VAN BUREN and MARBLE-HEAD, Mass. – Walter Salois, 69, of Marblehead, Mass. and formerly of Lynn, Mass. and Riverview Drive in Van Buren, died June 8, 2004, at a Beverly, Mass. hospital. He was the son of Walter and Alice (Pelletier) Salois. He was educated in Lynn schools and has been a resident of Marblehead for 15 years. He was employed at BJ’s Wholesale Club in Danvers for the past 10 years, and previously was the proprietor of a liquor store on Plum Island. He is survived by three nieces, Alice Powers of N.H., Kathleen Berthold of Saugus, Mass., Charlene Crowley of Danvers, Mass.; three nephews, Raymond Pecoraro of Maine, Michael Pecoraro and David Keller, both of Lynn, Mass. He was predeceased by two sisters, Doris Keller and Janet Salois. Funeral services were held in Lynn, Mass. A committal service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, at the St. Bruno Cemetery, Van Buren. A service of Ouellette-Thibault Funeral Home, Van Buren.
