ORRINGTON – Wayne Allen Fort, 59, died unexpectedly June 3, 2007. He was born July 14, 1947, in New Haven, Conn., to the late Elouise Ellis Fort and Samuel Fort. A resident of Bangor, since 1976, he leaves behind his wife, Laura; son, Daryl; daughter, Robin; sisters, Audrey Fort Quao and Michele Fort Carpenter; brother, Craig Fort; niece, Angela Wardlaw, many nieces, nephews; and his brother in Christ, Steven Cooper. A celebration of his life will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, June 7, at St. Paul Union AME Church, 150 Dwight St., New Haven, Conn. Friends may call 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 769 Ella Grasso Blvd., New Haven, Conn. A memorial service will be held in Maine at a later date to be announced. Arrangements in the care of Howard K.
