BANGOR – Wayne J. George, 63, died Oct. 4, 2004, at a Bangor hospital. He was born April 17, 1941, in Bangor. Wayne attended John Bapst Memorial High School. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1959 to 1967. Wayne worked in sales until 1995 when he became disabled. He is survived by his mother, Laverne (Gerrish) Cameron of Bangor; two sisters, Thelma Tolliver and her husband, Tom, of Camden, and Sandra Robinson of Bangor; two nephews Scott Conway of Calif., and Bill Robinson of Topsham. Private burial services will be held in the Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Augusta. Arrangements by Memorial Alternatives, 1225 Broadway, Bangor.
