EDDINGTON and CARIBOU – Wilfred L. Theriault, 63, died April 30, 2006, at Bangor after a long illness. He was born March 1, 1943, at Fort Fairfield, the son of Gilbert and Loretta (Turcotte) Theriault. He was educated in the Limestone school system and served with the U.S. Army 1960-1964. Wilfred was employed at American Propane in Presque Isle for 25 years and at Bangor Weber Oil until 1998. He was a member of the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Brewer. Wilfred was a loving and devoted husband and father to his family. He married Sylvia (Beaulieu) Theriault Aug. 7, 1965. Surviving in addition to his mother, Loretta of Caribou; and his wife, Sylvia of Eddington are three sons and daughters-in-law, Glen and Jessica (Webb) Theriault of Westbrook, Brian and Denette Theriault of Denver, Colo. and Jeffrey and Jennifer Theriault of Milton, N.H.; one daughter and son-in-law, Kristi and Brian LaPointe of Dayton; one brother, Sanford Theriault of Enfield, Conn.; one sister, Theresa Biddle of Clarksburg, W.V.; eight grandchildren, Brittany and Kaitlyn LaPointe, Isaac and Jaimee Theriault, Justin Theriault, Marinda Magnuson and Jeremy and Johnathan Theriault; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 3, at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, with the Fr. David Raymond, associate pastor officiating in a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will take place in the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery.
