CRAWFORD and EASTPORT Willard C. Stanhope, 94, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004, at an Eastport healthcare facility. He was born Jan. 30, 1910, in Oak Bay, N.B., Canada, the son of Uriah and Mildred (Wilson) Stanhope. Willard had been a salesman in the oil business until his retirement. Willard was predeceased by his parents; and his wife, Marjorie. He is survived by his sister, Miss Vera Stanhope of Marblehead, Mass. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, at the family lot in the Calais Cemetery, Calais, with Pastor Lehlohonola Henrietta Montjane of the Calais United Methodist Church, officiating. Arrangements are with the Scott-Wilson Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais, Maine.
